National Utility Service Company – Smart Meter Installation Bid Response

Assisted the Bid Response team develop a submission for installation of AMI meters as outlined in target company RFT. Activities included:

  • Interviewing Subject Matter Experts to determine information required to respond to questions outlined in the Tender pack
  • Writing responses to questions in the Tender pack
  • Conducting quality review across all sections of the Response Document

 

National Utility Service Company – Bid Response Assistance for a range of RFP’s

Assisted the Bid Response team develop submissions for a range of tenders. Tasks included:

  • Provision of technical writing assistance with regard to tender submissions identified by client management.
  • Provision of bid related assistance including:
    • Developing process and procedural documentation
    • Co-ordinating and facilitating workshops to secure information related to tender submissions
    • Providing general consulting assistance with regard to tender submissions
    • Providing commercial review of proposed service agreements
    • Providing quality reviews of tender response documentation
  • Bid Responses developed for Tenders from a number of NSW and QLD Electricity Distribution Companies for the following scopes of services:
    • Aerial Asset Inspection Program
    • Delivery of Vegetation Management Services
    • Provision of Asset Inspection and Earth Testing Services
    • Bulk Electricity Meter Replacement Program.
