GMDR Group acknowledges that this is achieved through the adoption of the principles and processes which underpin the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. 

Quality Qualifications:

• Most of the team hold Lead Auditor qualifications and have undertaken quality auditing for clients.
• GMDR Group has also implemented quality management systems for clients and successfully facilitated the Certification of ISO 9001.
• In addition to the above, the Lead Auditor Diploma has also provided qualifications to team members in Managing Project Quality (BSBPMG513); these principles therefore are applied to our project delivery approach.
